| RTR4731 Senior Project Engineer Worcestershire £30000 - £35000 + Pension + Training and Progression + 25 days holiday Are you a Project Engineer looking to work in cradle to grave project management/design role working on New Product Introduction for a high volume manufacturer? With a strong foothold in the market place the company specialise in the design and manufacture of components for domestic appliances. They have a reputation for innovation and are looking to increase their current turnover of £65 million through new product development and increased sales focus. Due to this development, this is an exciting time to join. You will report to the Design and Development Manager, managing projects from concept to completion. You will manage a team of designers aswell as liaising with manufacturing, quality and other departments to ensure the project is delivered on time and to customer requirements. There is real career development available with this company to a Section Leader role. This role would suit a Project Engineer with experience of design looking to progress their career in a renowned manufacturing organisation. The Role: * Managing New Projects from concept to completion. * Ensuring projects are delivered on budget, on time and to client specification. * Some concept design and detailing of electro-mechanical products. * Overseeing a team of designers on up to 5 projects at a time.
