| RTR 4701 Process Engineer West Bromwich Up to £36k + 22 days Holiday + excellent progression Do you have knowledge of furnaces in a processes environment and want to be an expert in a new manufacturing facility? Originally just specialising in design and development of materials, this company have expanded into manufacturing so you will have a crucial role in developing and controlling the whole process. This relatively new company have experienced strong growth through increased contract acquisition in the aerospace, automotive, construction and other industries. Due to their advancement in the design and development of recycling materials; they are currently 2-3 years ahead of their closet competitors. Their client base includes Boeing, Airbus and Formula 1 teams. They are currently in the process of moving to new facilities and plans are in place to duplicate this unique process in both Europe and the US. You will play a key role in this. Numerous opportunities are available for you to use your knowledge to assist in the growth plans of the business. You will control the process on a day to day basis and likely to manage a team as the company develops further. This is an exciting time to be part of a forward thinking organisation where you will enjoy making a difference and can develop your career. The Role: *Work closely with the environmental officer. *Provide guidance and knowledge to colleagues and clients. *Based in the new manufacturing facility in Walsall, you will be managing the heat process from start to finish. *Working new furnaces and advising on best solutions when duplicating the processes elsewhere. *Days role Monday to Friday. *Excellent progression. The person required: *Furnace experience in a process environment such as plastic, metal, glass etc. *Passionate and want to progress career. *Prepared to work occasionally overseas when needed.
