| We have an exciting opportunity to work with a multinational Oil & Gas company as a Inspector. Objective To ensure, by means of inspection, that all parts and products entering and leaving the client meet drawing and specification requirements. Key Responsibilities * Carry-out inspection duties eg. Final Inspection, Assembly Inspection, Line Inspection, Calibration etc. * Responsible for ensuring all equipment is within calibration and appropriate records are kept up to date. * Responsible for ensuring all 3rd party parts and certification are in line with Company specifications. * Liaise with Assembly Group to ensure finished goods meet customer requirements. * Conduct duties in line with all HSE and Quality policies and procedures * Special projects and ad-hoc duties as required Skill Requirements * Ability to operate a PC would be beneficial * Ability to accurately measure tools * Skills in the use of measuring equipment * Communication skills * Skills in complying with Health and Safety rules and regulations * Skills in complying with quality standards Education/Training * HND qualified or equivalent * Previous experience in an Inspection environment and hands on experience on most of the following: Receiving, Line, NDT, Calibration, Final and Assembly Inspection. * Knowledge of inspection standards. * Previous experience gained within an manufacturing environment would be beneficial. * Knowledge of quality standards, systems and procedures used in inspection. * HS&E awareness.
