| A leading company involved in the design and fabrication of aluminium vessels requires an experienced Naval Architect to join the expanding team. The company specialises in smaller workboats destined for the oil & gas industry, as well as fishing and other more specialised fields. As such, they have run design and fabrication projects for clients based around the globe. The role of the Naval Architect will be to contribute to and help drive forward the current team to help accommodate the growing workload. The successful candidate will be required to work on the design of new-build aluminium boats that often require an innovative approach to meet individual requirements and unique hull shapes. Key Skills & Attributes: - Experienced in AutoCAD and Maxsurf. - Degree qualified in Naval Architecture or related degree. - Experience of designing small boats. - Preferably experience of working on aluminium vessels.
