| RTR4727 Wigan Technical Service Manager £40000 OTE (Up to £34000 base) + paid overtime + BUPA for you and your family + company vehicle + life assurance + contributory pension + health screening + company share scheme Do you have a technical background in generators / diesel engines and have management experience? This is a challenging technical manager post with a market leader that offers full responsibility for all operational activities across the North West in ensuring your clients' needs are delivered. Parts of an international group, this market leading organisation are the largest suppliers of power equipment in the UK. They provide a complete service to their clients in a range of industries from the design to on going service and maintenance. They currently have over 3000 clients across the UK and are continuing to growth through contract acquisition. You will have full support from the director team to ensure you are a success in this role and you are encouraged to challenge the status quo. The role: * Responsible for the delivery of a successful service to meet the customer's needs. * Manage and motivate a team of electrical and mechanical service engineers. * Support technical staff with any guidance needed. * Visit customers when needed. * Service quotations. * Part of the Senior Management team. The person required: * Generators/diesel engineer or relevant power generation background. * Man management skills. * Can lead and motivate a team of engineers. * Good customer facing skills. | ||
