| An exciting opportunity has arisen within an expanding luxury Yacht design and manufacturer, based in Dubai, for a HVAC Design Engineer. Reporting to the HVAC Design Manager, and the Technical Design manager, your daily tasks will include:- * Preparing Technical specifications for HVAC engineering/equipments. * Preparation of HVAC basic design drawings for Class approval * Review of design drawings prepared by HVAC consultants/sub-contractors. * Preparation of HVAC workshop drawings including material takeoff. * Preparation of coordination drawings in coordination with other trades design draftsman * Ensuring that all engineering works are as per relevant standards and procedures. * Co-ordination with production supervisors. You will have experience with AutoCAD 2004, and 3D experience on any package is highly desired. In particular, Tribon or ship constructor experience is preferable. The salary will be paid in UAE Dirhams, and is free of tax. As well as the advertised rate, Accommodation will be provided, as will an undisclosed transportation allowance, paid monthly. On top of this, your flight out there will be paid for, and then each year you will be awarded a return flight home. Dubai is a rapidly expanding, exciting city, with lots to see and do.
