This dynamic Building services consultancy are at the forefront of the M & E market with business development plans for 2008 and beyond. Project values Vary and include wins in excess of £17 million. Apart from giving staff the opportunity to work on prestigious projects for major blue chip companies, the business truly values its staff they will offer a Building service engineer the opportunity to develop their career and progress to associate Director Level This is a new opportunity for a Mechanical Associate Director to join their London Office and work on an impressive portfolio of new build projects. The Role Mechanical Associate Director As an established Mechanical Associate Director or Principle Mechanical Building Services engineer you will provide managerial and engineering support liaising with internal and external design teams and project planners along with producing, writing and reviewing reports, Specifications and commissioning plans. You will possess a proven background working with Cymap or Hevacomp Software as an, Mechanical Building Services Engineer with experience in taking part in site meetings, undertaking Site Surveys and involved in the design, selection and sizing of Mechanical aspects of Building Services such Ductwork, AHU Sizing, Pipe work and Heating and cooling loads with Sound Calculation experience on Hevacomp. The ideal candidate will also be chartered of CIBSE registered and have the drive and confidence to work in a professional office based team. To join this company as an Associate Mechanical Building Services engineer, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will have previously worked as an, Mechanical Building Services Engineer on a similar value project or now be looking to progress onto large more prestigious work.
