| A leading company involved in defining scopes for offshore fabric maintenance projects requires a Project Manager to manage cost, resources and process to achieve delivery that meets the client's needs of time, budget and quality. Main Responsibilities: - To define and agree project scope, criteria and constraints in accordance with company procedures and client requirements. - To define, plan and manage the activities, resources, schedule and quality of the project in accordance with the management system. - To provide leadership, assistance and support to the project team, on and offshore. - To see that appropriate performance and quality measures are installed and maintained from project inception through delivery and client acceptance. - To provide management and progress reports to client management teams. - To instigate and attend regular progress/quality meetings with client. - To ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment Policy of both the company and client. - To support and promote company culture, values and philosophy with both personnel and client. - To recognise opportunities to promote company products and services where of value to the client. - To contribute to development of company technical and management processes and systems. - To participate in Operations Managers meetings with other Project Manager's to ensure consistency of application Experience Required: - Experience in relevant oil and gas area with focus on fabric maintenance - Ability to read and understand piping and structural drawings - Exposure to offshore environment - Structural and / or piping experience - Understanding of fabric maintenance process - Understanding of offshore structures and how they work - Setting up/operating similar fabric / integrity management systems - Managing and training a team - Exposure to work with paint contractors - Need to understand structural drawings - Strong team player with the ability to work standalone in challenge situations To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK Matchtech Group Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. | ||
