| This exciting role will involve developing, launching and achieving a sustainable growth for their Intelligent Displays product range. If you have a demonstrable passion for technology, strong commercial acumen, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career. Your blend of technical and commercial skills, coupled with a passion for product technology will allow you to take a senior level position within this innovative, medium-sized business and take ownership of this new, exciting technical product strategy. Your background will be in product management / development within either the medical devices or embedded technology fields. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation of commercial business case proposal for new products and accessories. - Preparation of feasibility studies for product customisation requirements - Definition of product marketing specification for the engineering team - Reviewing of technical specification proposals from engineering team - Provision of market and competitor research and analysis - Development and implementation of product introduction / launch strategy in conjunction with Marketing, Sales and Customer Support - Working closely with Marketing Communications to define product launch strategy, and to help them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. - Analysing of potential partners for new products - Working closely with Sales Team to develop Sales Tools and Training - Supporting and driving of sales through input on sales strategy and customers discussions especially during pre-sales and product concept stage - Development of pricing strategies The successful candidate will already have demonstrable success in product launches and end to end marketing strategies. Alternatively, you may have a strong technical background coupled with a strong interest in moving into a more commercial role. It is important that you are commercially astute, possessing a unique blend of business and technical abilities. The ability to deliver product demonstrations and excellent analytical / problem solving skills are also important. This role will suit someone who has a big vision, coupled with the drive and ability to make the vision a reality. The starting salary is flexible, depending on level of experience and the package would include a bonus and benefits.
