| Our client, a professional support services group is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to work in their Petrochemical department. About the Role You'll bring your technical expertise to projects within the gas and petrochemical sectors. It's a crucial role that will see you managing day-to-day operations and producing a wide range of reports, drawings and calculations. As a key member of our Electrical Engineering team, you'll also be expected to liaise directly with clients and make sure all work is delivered within deadlines. About You A degree qualified Electrical Engineer, you'll also have experience of working in the gas or petrochemical industries already. You'll know how to protect hazardous areas, and will have a sound understanding of international design standards (BS 7671 in particular). If you've got experience of HV design and Amtech software, then this would be a great asset, too.
