| A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading Environmental Consultancy Companies as a Development Director in Planning & EIA (environmental impact assessment). My client specialises in providing consulting solutions for a wide variety of 'green' areas. In this position you will have the dual objectives of strengthening and growing my clients' development strategy, planning and EIA services with existing and new clients; and of assisting in developing potential clients. Key responsibilities/skills: �Be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant environmental science, economics or engineering disciple preferably complimented with a Chartered level qualification. �Have previous experience, gained with an environmental or Health & Safety consultancy including specific experience managing client relationships. �Have previously demonstrated account and client management experience at a senior level within the same / similar environment. �Experience of managing sales/development plans and an understanding of basic financial metrics with experience of multi-disciplinary projects. �Have a good working knowledge of client terms and conditions of contract.
