| A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading Environmental Consultancy Companies as a Water Environment Manager. My client specialises in providing consulting solutions for a wide variety of 'green' areas. The principal function of the position is to manage key projects and contribute to a wide range of business development activities within the hydroecological division. Key responsibilities/skills: �Have a postgraduate degree in Environmental Science or Engineering and have significant experience in addition to being appropriately chartered (MSc preferable but not essential). �A valid drivers licence is required. �tIdeally, previous experience should be gained in Consultancy, Environmental Regulation (or Policy) or in an appropriate environmental role within industry. �Have specialist technical expertise in at least one of the following: water resource management, hydroecology, water quality and/or water policy, or flood/drainage hydrology. �Specialist knowledge in water quality and/or policy is required to support projects (or tasks) & business development in the field of water resources management or investigation.
