| A leading engineering company are looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager to manage the contracts process from cradle to grave. This position is ideally suited to a experienced Contracts co-ordinator/Commercial candidate with experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating Terms and Conditions; Agreements; Licenses. We will shortly have a new vacancy for a Commercial Contracts Manager in the Commercial Department. The main duties of the role: - Review of Terms and Conditions - Insurance renewals - Trademarks and Patents - Maintenance of Records - Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of Terms and Conditions; Agreements; Licenses, etc. Experience: It is essential you have the ability/experience of reviewing Terms and Conditions and Agreements, together with the ability to negotiate the same both internally and externally with customers. Experience with Trademarks, Patents and knowledge of Insurances would be preferred. The successful candidate must also have the following attributes: - The ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally - Be flexible and able to allocate priorities in an ever changing and dynamic arena - Be tenacious and a good problem solver and able to review documents in a proactive manner. Qualifications: A good general standard of education with preferably a legal or business studies qualification. The salary for the role is 27k- 30k+ pension.
