| Senior Quantity Surveyor - Newcastle You will be an integral part of the team, you will have excellent communication skills be able to work effectively under pressure. You must be able to work on your own and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be dynamic, motivated, ambitious and focused. You will be required to carry out duties as listed below:- *Provide taking off and bill of quantities preparation. *Preparation of interim applications. *Identify and prepare additional items and claims. *Preparation of final accounts. *Advise on procurement issues. *Measurement and valuation of sub-contract work. *Preparation and negotiation of sub-contractors' final accounts. *Preparation of cost and value financial reporting and forecasting. *Assist in cost and risk management. *Document control and archiving. *Provide site management with commercial support and advice | ||
