| This is an excellent opening for an Assistant level Contaminated Land Consultant A large environmental consultancy are looking for an Assistant Contaminated Land Consultant. The chosen candidate will be degree and MSc/MEng qualified in a relevant environmental subject from a UK university, and ideally will have some demonstrable experience working in the contaminated land or geo-environmental field. You will be joining a team to work with a range of public and private sector clients on a variety of projects. In this role you will work as part of a team, liaise with professionals from other disciplines, prepare designs, reports and contracts and undertake site work. You may also be involved in liaison with Regulators and Clients and may also work with our other UK Contaminated Land Groups. Experience of site work would be beneficial, together with office based experience in design and/ or remediation of contaminated land, ideally using Phase I desk studies and Phase II investigations. A knowledge of quantitative risk assessment techniques such as Groundwater Risk Assessment, CLEA, RBCA, Consim etc would be an advantage.
