| We are looking for a Refractory Lining Engineer. Our first priority for the required candidate is to have experience of working in LNG or GAS site of a major contractor. Our other primary requirements are that the applicant must have at least 5 years background of:- 1. Experience of working abroad. 2. Experience with a major Contractor for Oil/Gas construction 3. Experience with a Major Oil / Gas Company. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS 1) Position : Refractory Lining Engineer 2) Assignment Period : More than one year 3) Assignment Status : Single 4) Standard Working Hours : 60 hours/week 5) Basic Monthly Salary (BMS) : US$ NEG 6) Overtime Premium : Not applicable. (You are not entitled to Overtime Payment, as compensation for such overtime is regarded as included in your remuneration. You may be required to work overtime either on normal working days or holidays when necessary. We would like to expect you to complete your duty in professional manner). 7) Home Leave Cycle : For every 6 calendar months worked, you are entitled to fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days plus two (2) travel days of paid Home Leave, provided 4 months of the assignment period shall remain. 8) Accommodation : To be provided. 9) Meals and Transportation : To be provided. 10) Air ticket for Home Leave/Mobilization/Demobilization : Economy Class Air ticket to be provided to the nearest International Airport 11) Job located in Qatar Please inform us of your required amount for Monthly Salary (Including overtime, All inclusive) and your available starting date. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY OF REFRACTORY LINING ENGINEER: Reports to:Equipment Group Manager Supervises: Vendor's Refractory Supervisors / Subcontractors PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.To coordinate with Sub-Contractor/Sub-Contractors and Client for the schedule control of the refractory works for the equipments such as SRU unit and fired heaters. 2.To coordinate with Sub-Contractor/Sub-Contractors/Client and Company for the inspection related to the refractory works. 3.To ensure that the refractory works are carried out in accordance with the applicable Construction Procedure and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). 4.To check that the refractory works are being carried out in accordance with the requirements specified in the applicable safety procedures. 5. To check the reports prepared by Sub-contractor and Vendor Supervisors that material supplied quantity is enough as per the material consumption/progress of the date. 6.To prepare the reports required to proceed with the works as described in above. | ||
