| Staff Development - to monitor staff performance and conduct regular appraisals and personal development plans� also ensure staff turnover levels remain low. Strong team building abilities. Business Development - to recognise and reward good work in order to increase productivity, and to identify opportunities for improvement, achieve and exceed targets. Staff Communication - deliver company briefings to team, ensure staff are aware of branch performance and how to improve upon it through regular meetings. Organisational Skills - To organise bookings, sights tests and delivery days within PCT regulations. Customer Service/Sales Skills -Establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with care home staff to promote our clients services. Optical Duties � ability to step in on clinic/delivery days as needed.
