| ||
| With overall responsibility for the production of pre-tender and contract planning documents, the role will involve planning key phases of fit-out projects in co-operation with the bid and contract teams. This responsibility will extend to all prospective projects including: assisting with the control of pre-tender drawing receipt and issue, and controlling the master programme management for tender process. Successful candidates will be educated to at least degree level in Construction Management (or equivalent), demonstrating a strong understanding of strategic planning issues. You should have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work in and interact with colleagues and clients at all levels. You will be conversant with the various forms of construction contract specifically with regard to contract performance and the duties contained therein Ideally you will have worked within the fit-out / refurbishment sector previously. You will also be a proficient user of PowerProject, CS Project. | ||
