| Opportunities are currently available for experienced Site Managers to be responsible for the day to day running of New Build housing renovations across the central belt of Scotland. This role will involve the management of all on site activities to enable safe, timely delivery of a quality product. Successful candidates will have 1�3 years site management/supervisory experience within the new build construction industry for internal and external works. Ideally candidates should have experience of both new build projects and refurbishments, ideally the most recent experience should be with new builds. Prior construction experience is a given and the candidate must have experience of managing sub-contractors to ensure project handover dates are met. A background in design and build is desirable. Candidates should have a relevant qualification and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate working as a team and on their own initiative and display excellent communication skills. Other experience should include site programming and planning and quality assurance. Ideally, candidates will have a valid CSCS card and the 5-day Site Manager Safety Training Course. | ||
