	Job Description:



	Commercial, Hotel & Leisure & Local market projects, this would include banks RBS, LTSB & Nationwide projects, this could also include commercial properties such as office refurbishments, Hotel & Leisure would include hotel opportunities from Budget to 5 star and Leisure such as fast food restaurants and pubs. With overall responsibility for the management of a number of contracts, you will ensure each contract is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required standard of quality, all of which will ensure client satisfaction. As Contracts Manager you will encourage, mentor, and coach the contracts management team and promote personal development in your team. A commercial focus is essential as this role carries the commercial responsibility of contracts to maximise profitability. To be successful in this role you will promote and develop effective working relationships with clients and consultants. Main Duties include: Acting as a first point of contact for the contract operations team to offer support and advice, Responsible for the management, planning, programming & phasing of all projects, Monitoring of progress against programme and taking appropriate action to ensure programme is maintained, Ensuring compliance with all aspects of both Health & Safety Legislation and internal H&S Management System and Deliver project programme and phasing presentations to clients
