| Position Freelance Resident Liaison Officer, Housing officer, Tenants Liaison Officer Location South London Salary Negotiable Daily or Hourly rates depending on the level of the relevant Site Management experience of the applicant. Current rates vary from £10-15p/hr. THIS VACANCY; Our Client is a large Main Contractor who currently requires a Resident Liaison Officer to oversee their Decent Homes project in South London. The project which is valued at £6m is ongoing with the opportunity to join the company permanently on completion. You will be responsible for the interiors and exteriors including, kitchens, bathrooms and re-wiring. You must have shown loyalty to previous employers either on a contract or permanent basis. Experience on a similar Decent Homes project is desirable and CSCS and First Aid would also be beneficial.
