Area Service Manager Area 59 (Maidenhead, Slough & Aylesbury) Based from Home Competitive Package As an organisation we aim to attract, grow and retain talented individuals who will aim high and drive our business forward. We are now recruiting for a brilliant new Area Service Manager (ASM) to join our team. In line with the Company�s ethos of healthy and sustained weight loss, as a manager in Operations your priority is to ensure a fantastic level of service delivery to members within Weight Watchers meetings; reflected by a consistent track record of member weight loss successes. A key element of the Area Service Manager role is guiding and motivating a team of self employed Leaders, who are focused on supporting our members. You will build and maintain a high calibre group of Leaders in a collaborative environment so that ideas and best practices are shared. You will take a real pride in, and ownership of, your Area, driving business growth and profitability and taking steps to secure a continued market leadership position for Weight Watchers. You would ideally currently be, or have been, a Weight Watchers member � you must have a genuine empathy with, and understanding of, weight loss. However, what is most important to us; is that you have the ability to inspire and motivate people having had extensive experience of managing large teams, a �can do� solution focused approach most likely having worked to targets, and an absolute passion for service quality. You will need to be proactive and able to work in a fast paced environment; with extremely strong relationship building skills. This is a full time position, offering flexible working hours which will include a number of evenings and weekends, and frequent travel within the Area.
