An entry level business to business sales role offering candidates the opportunity to enter into a 6 month structured training academy program leading to a qualification as a Mailroom Solutions Sales Executive Key areas of the role: To source new business and competition through cold calling/ canvassing out in the field To shadow and support successful field sales executives in their team To gain development and training on a 1 : 1 basis with the Sales Manager by accompanying them on field visits To attend follow up courses in the Romford Head Office To ensure the candidate has a thorough understanding and knowledge of our clients product base To achieve set sales targets and generate sales leads To successfully complete and achieve all training modules within the 6 month training period to graduate from the academy Role Dimensions: Field based days per week (this can depend on whether the candidate is participating in a sales course or shadowing a mailroom solutions sales executive) 1 day spent in the office per week, making appointment via telephone, team building or training 4 pre booked appointments per day spent in the field To continually learn on a daily basis about the industry/ our clients products To successfully hit pre determined sales targets To work towards a 1 in 4 close on all sales deals To canvas everyday (around appointments) for new business To demonstrate our clients range successfully To achieve a level of understanding of KPI's | ||
