Reporting to the Regional Director and working from a Manchester based office throughout the North West your Key Competencies will be: 1.Strong commercial awareness. 2.Proven planning and programming skills. 3.Sound technical building knowledge. 4.Strong leadership and motivational skills. 5.Good contractual knowledge. 6.Experienced negotiator. 7.Competent problem solver. 8.Professional presentation skills. 9.Ability to forge good relationships with consultants and clients. Attainments/Skills/Experience: 1.Currently in similar role within national contractor or large/medium regional contractor. 2.Experienced Contracts Manager/Construction on projects circa £5M and above in a variety of work sectors. | ||
