| Bid Manager / Senior Estimator Manchester and North West £Neg Our Client, one of the most successful construction groups in the north of England comes with a reputation for professionalism, quality of product and excellence of service and a blue chip client list that provides high levels of repeat and partnered opportunities within a variety of work sectors. You will be Involved at board level you will head up a team and be responsible for managing the bid process from initial tender through to final settlement. You will be expected to liaise with other departments including design & build, planning & M&E, participate in sub contractor vetting and advise the board on appropriate profit margins. Experience in cost planning, value engineering and risk management would be distinctly advantageous You will be a modern, forward thinking individual who is looking to make a difference. You will have excellent communication skills and possess an assertive and pro-active manner.
