| Commercial Manager Manchester and North West area £Neg Our Client offers a comprehensive new build / refurbishment to both public sector and private organisations. Their key areas of operation cover the North West, Midlands, Yorkshire and North East. This position is based in the North West You will have already worked for a Main contractor and have the ability to manage the commercial function of a turnover of circa £15M and have commercial success of a variety of projects ranging in value from £1m to £30m in value. You will be involved in the decision making and strategy of the business overall and be assessed and rewarded based upon the results achieved. You will be responsible for the management of Q.S. staff and have involvement in the training, development and recruitment of staff. In addition to the experience you will also be commercially driven, a team player, have good written and oral communication skills, be assertive and proactive. | ||
