| Senior Estimator / Estimator / Intermediate Estimator - Kent - £50,000 - £70,000 A leading infrastructure, building and business services companies, with 40,000 employees and an order book worth over £9bn.They are designing, building, and maintaining new environments for business and leisure, and safer, more reliable transport networks. Together with their clients in health, education, commercial property, local and national government, transport and defence. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Estimator ideally or would take on Estimator, Intermediate Estimator or a Assistant Estimator to join their 13 strong Estimating department in Watford. They cover all of the south east corner of England including London providing pre-contract service for 3 regional offices (Herts, Kent & Essex). Projects range from £5 to £35 million, although tenders are predominantly in the £5 to £20 million range. Most of the works are Approx 70% Design & Build with some PFI & framework. Computer literacy is an advantage. Causeway & Excel predominantly used programs. Not seen something you like yet?
