Staff Position

We require a Senior Structural Engineer to work for an International provider of services to the energy, resource, and complex process industries on Major Projects based in Perth, Western Australia. 

To perform design tasks relating to Oil &Gas Structural Engineering analysis & design of topsides & associated substructures.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural) degree (or equivalent)

• 8 yrs Oil & Gas Industry experience, including experience in conceptual studies, FEED and detailed design of oil & gas structures
• Been part of a structural engineering team within a large multi discipline project team.
• Experience in minimum facility platform design including the substructure, topsides and bridges.
• Understanding of structural analysis in the areas of dynamic loading and resistance, collapse analysis, spectral fatigue analysis, fire and explosion design, reliability based analysis, dropped object etc.
• Proven ability to work with a minimal supervision & ability to meet deadlines
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of team.
• Well developed report writing skills
