| Educated to an HND/HNC or Degree level in electronics engineering, or with the equivalent experience. Main Functions: Effective management of product development for mass production according to the individual project technical requirements. Leadership of problem solving activities. Provide technical support. Work to achieve Company sales targets. To create and maximise business development opportunities. Maintain customer relationship at all levels. The candidate will be able to understand circuit diagrams, and have an understanding of vehicle integration. The role will involve field testing. The candidate must: Be customer focused. Possess necessary skills for product integration (ie with car audio systems) testing and evaluation (internal and joint customer activities). Have a methodical approach to problem solving. Be flexible to travel to locations in the UK and abroad. Possess a clean driving license.
