| RTR4932 Electrical Maintenance Engineer (days) £28000 base + 6% Contributory Pension + Life assurance + Sick Pay + overtime Location: Birmingham Based at the company's headquarters; this role will suit engineers looking for a varied role in a global leader investing in new equipment. You will be part of a team responsible for all the maintenance activities across a large site. This includes all installation and commissioning of new automated manufacturing equipment along with site services and facilities. This multi national company have been manufacturing items for the aerospace and automotive industry's for over 100 years. With continued investment off the back of increased production, to meet the demands of the international market, you will be making a career move offering a secure future and technical progression. Part of a team of 20 engineers, this role will allow to develop your project management skills. In addition, opportunities to progress to a supervisor in the next 2-3 years are likely to be available. The Role: * Working on 12 hour shift 6am-6pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. * Working in a small team consisting of 2 fitters and 2 electricians. * Electrical maintenance across the whole site including facilities and site services. * Project work including installation and commissioning of new equipment. * You will need to cover the night shift during holiday cover. The person required: * Electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. * Electrical qualification. * Can fault find on a PLC. | ||
