| Commercial Manager Exceptional salary and very good package London Ref-1010 Our Client is a leading company within the building service industry and are looking for a Commercial Manager to join there team in London you will be required to carry out the following as a company they pay very well within the industry and also there is a good package along with basic salary Purpose Statement: To proactively undertake full responsibility for commercial issues. Key Accountabilities Business / Commercial � To manager tender terms and condition reviews. � Manage set term financial targets including reporting of financial status. � To undertake tender approval and adjudication procedure. � Attend regular meeting with Contract Managers to discuss and appraise the performance of the contract. � To review purchasing procedures and purchase order authorisation, risk identification and mitigation. � To provide costs for capital projects, plant replacement and improvements. � To assist in appointing specialist sub contractors. � To assist in providing budget information. � To provide the immediate focal point for all matters relating to commercial issues. Technical skills and Knowledge � Graduate calibre, ideally from a Quantity Surveying background with experience of contract terms and conditions, review and risk mitigation. � A clear understanding of the business� processes and procedures, able to identify effect in terms of information integrity and cost from the performance in all elements of these functions. Person Specification � Tough when needed with the ability to achieve results by working with, supporting and developing people. � A team player who uses the ability to identify faults or problems in a proactive and constructive way. � Is able to identify problems and work with people to find the solution and implement the changes needed. � Understands and is driven by �ownership�, �detail�, and �completion deadline.
