| RTR4965 Manufacturing Project Engineer Location: Swindon £28000-£30000 + BUPA + Final Salary Pension + Relocation + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance Are you looking to take the next step in your career in a blue chip manufacturer offering career progression? This role will suit engineers wanting to take on a broad range of responsibility in projects and improvements across the site. You will play a vital supporting both manufacturing and engineering functions. This world renowned high volume manufacturer has recently expanded the production facility to cope with the increased levels of demand from their blue-chip clients. With sites across Europe and America, this global producer outsource all their own products to most of the world's biggest drug manufacturers and are continuing to grow their development services with these clients. They employee over 5000 people globally and on site in Swindon there is over 500 people, 80 within the engineering department. The company have a strong legacy in regards to succession planning with a number of the senior management team beginning their careers as graduates. The role: * Reporting to the Technical Engineering Manager, you will be working on a number of projects at any one time for both manufacturing and engineering. * Projects will involve introduction of new manufacturing processes, new product introduction, looking at continuous improvements in manufacturing and engineering etc. * You will part of a team providing technical support across the whole site. * Feasibility studies and costing proposals for projects. * Coordination of contractors and OEM suppliers. * To produce and complete documentation necessary to implement improvements e. g. validation protocols, purchase orders, change authorisations, permits etc. * Days role. The person: * Degree qualified in an engineering discipline. * Experience in a manufacturing industry. | ||
