| Construction Site Manager. West Midlands £60,000 - £62,000 + £5,000 Car allowance+ Benefits + Bonus My client is a leading National Building Contractor that covers all market sectors, and is currently very active with projects in the Hotel, Leisure, Commercial and Industrial areas. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to meet the challenges of the exciting new projects throughout the West Midlands. You will be responsible for running multiple schemes valued at over £10 million each. You will liaise with clients and be heavily involved in pre-contract aspects of the role. You will see through the full life cycle of your projects and report to the Construction Director. As the successful candidate, you will have a Technical background with experience of delivering multi-million pound new build and refurbishment projects to time and budget. You will have a proven track record in programming, resourcing and quality management and your adherence to safety procedures is essential. You will be a natural communicator, and have the instinctive ability to motivate your team. You will have proven experience in either Project Managing or Contract Managing contracts of above £10 million for another experienced Contractor.
