| General Works Manager Hillingdon, Middlesex, UB8 £27,000 - £30,000 plus benefits Our Client is a market leader in providing building Services and Facilities Management outsourcing. Due to further contract growth they are now actively looking to source a General Works Manager to manage a team of operatives and sub contractors providing facilities services and building services planned maintenance within the Borough. In return Our Client is offering a good basic salary which will be reviewed after an initial performance period; good benefits including pension and health cover along with the opportunity to join a National organisation that is experiencing exceptional growth. The career opportunities and further training development is a distinct possibility. It is essential that you hold the following competencies: Completed a recognised apprenticeship in Building Services or at least two years experience within a similar position. Hold a electrical or mechanical qualification would be an advantage.
