| My client is an industry leader within the Building services industry throughout the UK. The company are actively looking to expand their keen and dedicated team of engineers in the London, Surrey and surrounding area�s The company are currently looking for qualified HVAC engineer�s The successful candidates will join an existing team of engineers, i.e. electrical, mechanical and building fabric. You would be employed for the provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive call-outs, remedial and quoted works within a variety of commercial properties including police stations, Fire Stations, corporate office environments, schools, colleges, leisure centres, science and research facilities, hospitals, courts and IT / computer rooms. The role comprises a �mix� of air conditioning, refrigeration and general maintenance tasks and a reflection of this role and the demands is detailed below. This role is for an Air Conditioning engineer who would be a member of an engineering team deployed geographically for works within London and /or the M25. This is a real �people person�s� role and you will need a professional approach, be well presented and good at communicating and understanding the needs and demands of our numerous clients and those within the occupied environment.
