| £45,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits. Our client is a leading national contractor in the UK. Specialising in high profile projects from £5m- £25m. They are currently seeking a Degree/HNC qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor, who can work on up and coming Education and Healthcare projects in the Birmingham area. As the successful candidate, you will be site based and involved on a mix of design & build and new build contracts in the Education, Defence and Healthcare sectors throughout the region. As a member of the commercial team, you will have the personal drive to maintain a high level of financial and commercial control of the project; identifying and eliminating risk and able to tackle difficult issues early. You will also be an excellent leader and motivator and possess outstanding communication skills.
