| The team deliver world class customer service to their global airline customer base, predominantly focusing on the resolution of problems and provision of repairs. This role will suit an excellent communicator who already has a proven track record in customer services, sales or account management and is looking to progress their career in customer services. Specifically, the role will involve resolving customers' questions/ problems, often through liasing with internal departments. Your responsibilities will also incorporate; - Control customer account repairs to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner - Manage customer queries and deliver fast an efficient resolution - Agree customer schedules for delivery - Timely submission of quotations and customer responses - Drive the resolution of invoice queries and ensure a permanent fix - Monitor customer satisfaction and take measures to improve performance - Provide relevant data for decision making purposes The successful candidate will already have a proven track record in dealing with customers, providing excellent service and working to very tight deadlines. Experience of working in the aerospace/ aviation/ airline industry would be beneficial, but not essential as training can be provided. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and hard working, with excellent commercial acumen and the ability to work well as part of a team, but also utilise your own initiative. The ability to communicate with customers at different levels and build strong internal and external relationships is essential. Good scope for career progression can be provided within the company. The salary will be 24k - 26k (depending on level of experience) plus good bonus, benefits.
