| £ 35-37k plus bonus, pension and life assurance Lead Utilities Maintenance Role in booming pharmaceutical industry sector, offering on going training and development and career progression opportunities. Ideally suited to those with previous lead experience or those with the desire to progress. This leading pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer has been growing for around three decades and is now 800 strong. Boasting huge recent growth in turnover and currently in the midst of a site expansion to accommodate the growing teams this is an excellent time to join a progressive and successful company. Responsible for the co-ordination of maintenance, suggesting technical and process improvements and identifying training needs for junior staff; you will be integral to the success of the company. This will enable you to progress to more senior roles longer term; either into line management or process improvements. The Role: *Support the operation of maintenance of the plant and equipment on site in accordance with engineering standards. *Develop skills proactively to make full use of the new technology as it becomes available. *Organising and prioritising work through a computerised planned maintenance system. *Demonstrate the use and maintenance of the equipment and recognise the need for training. *Be proactive in recognising process improvements to practise's and procedures and raising this to senior colleagues The Candidate: *Multi skilled in both mechanical and electrical maintenance. *HNC, Btech or equivalent being apprentice time served. *Refrigeration and HVACs experience or skills | ||
