| Position: Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Site Manager, Permanent Site Manager. Location: Berkshire Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Car and Full Benefits Job RM Reference: SITE MANAGER - VAC/cs/50berk/Sm Job Description: Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Site Manager, Permanent Site Manager. Job Type: Permanent Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Construction Site Manager, Permanent Site Manager. Our Client: A medium to large, UK main contractor, known as excellent at encouraging career progression, with an enviable reputation in the private and public sectors and a very high percentage of repeat business. The Role: As Site Manager you will have a good track record working on both new build and refurbishment projects. You will possess at least 5 years experience in a Site Manager role and will have ideally worked for a UK main contractor. You the Site Manager will need to be focused and results driven. You will posses all Health & Safety Qualifications needed to run a site tidily, safely, on time and to budget. This is a new opportunity for a Site Manager to work on a number of different projects recently won or on going, these project are New Builds and Refurbishment projects ranging from £4mill and £15mill in Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Retail so lots of the relevant experience in these sectors is required. The successful Site Manager will be expected to work mainly on projects in the Berkshire region.
