| Performance Monitoring Officer - The Strategy & Regeneration division of a busy Local Authority based in Middlesex requires a Performance Monitoring Officer to work alongside Housing Officers, Housing Advisers, Housing Assessors and Resident Liaison Officers to monitor and review the performance of all social housing landlords in Brent in order to enable all social housing tenants and residents to receive consistently high standard service delivery. Job Description *To develop, review and promote the Housing and Community Care performance management framework and support the culture of continuous improvement through excellent performance. *To support the Performance & Information Manager in the development of strategic and departmental policy on managing performance. *To undertake analysis of all performance matters relevant to the Housing and Community Care service, providing advice and recommendations to managers and other staff across the service area. *To support the development of a schedule of validation checks on the accuracy and quality of performance information. *To carry out audits for both service areas in the Department and partner agencies externally. *To devise and produce management information reports. *To provide advice and guidance on appropriate performance targets and associated audit trails to service areas.
