| We are currently looking for an engineering graduate with excellent experience of Mechatronics and test rigs to work in a product assurance department of a global food and drink manufacturer. Job Summary This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Mechatronics engineer to have the responsibility for the performance and compliance test program of both new and existing equipment product developments. Key accountabilities include but are not restricted to: Generation, completion and reporting of the Design Verification Plan (DVP). Support the development teams to ensure new product introductions and enhancements meet customer and consumer needs and expectations in addition to business needs. Management and analysis of field trials. Generation, training, continuous improvement and maintenance of standard test methods. Deliver the product test programs to agreed quality, time and costs. Identify, develop/procure commission test rigs Maintain and manage calibration of test equipment Recommend technical solutions to improve new product quality Adhere to the necessary safety standards Construction of mechatronic systems Qualifications Experience and competence in experimental design A working knowledge of a number of analysis tools A working knowledge of techniques to identify problems e.g. FMEA Competence in the translation of specification into DVP Degree (or equivalent) in Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK Matchtech Group Plc is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. | ||
