| Construction Project Manager. Birmingham £45,000 - £50,000 + Car + Benefits. My client is a highly respected and recognized National Contractor with a Regional Base in the Midlands. Specialising in high profile Leisure, Commercial and Educational Projects throughout the region up to the value of £20 million. Due to their constant success in the area, they are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience in these sectors and projects over £12 million in value As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of your up and coming Commercial Build in the heart of Birmingham. You will be expected to liaise with clients and Architects and manage Sub contractors on this prestigious project. You will report to the Contracts Manager. Already having long term experience with a National Contractor, you will be able to hit the ground running through your extensive Project Management experience on large Contracts.
