| Position Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator/ Trainee Estimator/ Location Birmingham Salary £45,000 + full benefits Company Fawkes & Reece Contact Adel Elsayed Job RM Reference ESTIMATOR VAC- VAC-36874 Job Type Permanent Job Description Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator/ Our client is one of the largest refurbishment contractors in the UK. They are one of the UK's leading design and build and fit-out companies with an extensive portfolio of blue chip clients across the UK. They have been trading since the late for over forty years and have done several award winning projects with the banking, finance and commercial sectors. They have a very strong commercial team consisting of 5 Quantity Surveyors and 3 Estimators at various levels. As part of their continued growth they are looking for an Estimator to join their estimating team. Intermediate Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Estimator/ Senior Estimator The successful Estimator or even an Intermediate Estimator will be working on some large fit out projects like a £13m fast track refurbishment project which will be in the centre of Birmingham. The contracts can be up to £20m although generally will be around the £7-10m mark. The Estimator or Intermediate Estimator will work mainly on office based duties but will attend sites and client meetings and will need to have good client facing and presentation skills. The Estimator or Intermediate Estimator would report to the Senior Estimator on a fortnightly basis. Estimator / Assistant Estimator / Intermediate Estimator/ Senior Estimator They are looking for an Estimators or an Intermediate Estimator that has around a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry, ideally with a fit out contractor although this is not essential. The successful Estimator will be committed to having the opportunity to work on and win some of the best tenders in the Midlands and will receive a more than competitive salary and overall package.
