| QUANTITY SURVEYOR-HACKNEY-£40-45k+PACKAGE My Client is well established Main Contractor within the Social Housing Market. Since the formation of the company in the early 1970's its reputation and size has grown to be one of the best and most efficient companies in their sector. With over 1500 employees working throughout the UK it's now looking to recruit for its London Region which from their North London base, generates over £60m per year QUANTITY SURVEYOR-HACKNEY-£40-45k+PACKAGE They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on its Hackney Decent Homes project. The work being carried out here is mainly externals i.e. roof works, glazing, concrete repairs etc. The procurement route is reasonably simple as the majority of subcontractors used are on Framework Agreements with Hackney. This position is site based and the projected turnover for the next year is approximately £6 million with at least 2 years left to run and potential scope for another two years after that.
