| SUB AGENT - MAJOR CIVILS PROJECT - LONDON - £35-40K + PACKAGE Our client are one of the largest civil engineering main contractors operating in a number of disciplines throughout the UK. They are currently working on some of the largest civils projects within the London area which include major railway station new build and refurbishment. With an increasing work load on a major rail project in London our client is now seeking to employ a sub agent to join the team on Central London. As the Sub Agent your role will be to: * Plan & Programme works * Possession planning * Write and review detailed method statements * Develop and mentor engineers * Maintain safety standards including initiatives, procedures, systems and forms * Ensure compliance with methods statements, work procedures, environmental and quality systems * Oversee and ensure works are conducted to a quality standard You will have: * Qualification in a relevant engineering or construction degree * Worked on civils projects within a rail environment * Worked with a civil engineering main contractor * Strong leadership skills You will be looking to either take that next step in your career to a sub agent or seeking to work on a prestige and well known civils project which will further your career and develop your skill set. You will be offered the necessary training to take you to chartership should you wish to pursue that path and given the full support of senior management to develop your career further.
