This leading pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer has been growing for around three decades and is now 800 strong. Boasting huge recent growth in turnover and currently in the midst of a site expansion to accommodate the growing teams this is an excellent time to join a progressive and successful company. The role gives you a platform for exposure in an all encompassing role, liasing with customers and the Quality group in New product and development and auditing. Therefore this is a varied role giving you a wide range of experiences to give you the next great step in your career. The Role: * Support and coordinate the hosting of customer audits *Ensuring the response to units has agreed forward action plans to customer expectations * Review and approve customer complaints * Acts as the interface between customers and the Quality group during the development phase of new products * Ensure the Quality Agreements are maintainted with all relevent customers. The Candidate: *Degree in Science, Micro or Chemistry *Experience in Highly regulated industries i.e Food, Pharmaceutical *Experience of MHRA and FDA inspections | ||
