| Estimating engineer Bristol Up to £30K + bonus (up to 20%) + car + pension & life assurance + 25 days holiday + BUPA Great package on offer along with excellent training and development for an existing service engineer from an Air conditioning, Cooling, Refrigeration or heating background to successfully move into an estimating role. This is as excellent opportunity for an service engineer looking take the next step in there career This prestigious manufacturer and service company are known for their expertise in access management equipment and are recognised in the industry for a first class service. Their main product lines include air conditioning units and ventilation systems. They have a number of high profile clients in a range of industries including defence, university and building services. Using your existing skills and knowledge you will be tasked with creating relationships with the team of sales engineers, technical engineers and your clients. You will support the sales team, using your technical expertise to maximise business opportunities and ensure your clients receive the exact technical package they require. With a minimum of twelve months product training and development everything will be done to make you are a success in this role. The position will suit an engineer who is currently involved in the service and maintenance of air conditioning and cooling systems but is looking for a step away from being hands to a more senior/technical advisory role. The role: * Ensure all new building facilities tenders and enquiries are managed, priced and recorded within the agreed timescales. * Regular liaison with architects, contractors and customers to gain specification. * You are encouraged to visit customer's premises. * Negotiate project terms and customers with clients. * Maintain contact with your clients to ensure a first class service is delivered.
