| Our client are a market leader who are experiencing rapid growth in both the UK and European markets. They have the requirement for two Sales Managers who have proven technical sales experience within the Electro-Mechanical field. Our client specialise in offering an extensive range of switches to leading OEM's across a wide spectrum of industries including Automotive, Military, Telecommunications and Domestic appliances. They have been growing rapidly and expanding on an International level. Their home based positions will be ideally suited to candidates who have already gained experience of Sales within an electro-mechanical environment. On top of this it will be essential that you are self motivated and ambitious with the drive to succeed. The main responsibilities for these positions will include: - The management and development of new OEM customers for Switch/Switch Panels products - Identification and qualification of new market opportunities - Identification and qualification of new customer opportunities for Switch and Switch Panels - Close co-operation with the internal and external design resource of our clients businesses - Construction, implementation and management of a Strategic Key Accounts Programme within both existing and new OEM business. The responsibility for self management is key. Discipline in time and territory management, management of 80/20 customer support, and the management of customer records are all critical aspects of the job The basic salary for these positions will be £30k -£35k (depending on level of experience) other benefits will include a company car, pension scheme and OTE to be discussed with the client.
