We have around 11000 staff in over 100 locations across the UK and beyond. Our Transport Planning Team offers a wide range of services to clients in both the public and private sector. Our ability to offer a wide range of modelling techniques underpins our key service offering to our clients and we seek to strengthen our capability in this area. Salary: Competitive About the Role This post is based in the Leeds office where we have an established transport planning team offering a wide range of services to public and private sector clients. The requirement is for a Principal Transport Modeller with a strong analytical and modelling background to take the lead on a number of high-profile highway and other modelling projects. The candidate should be highly experienced in the use of SATURN and other software, such as TRIPS/ EMME2 or micro-simulation models, such as Paramics or VISSIM, and have the expertise to advise on the design of modelling studies, their management and reporting. The candidate should be well-versed in project management techniques, have experience delivering projects to time and budget, and be familiar with progress reporting to clients and senior management. About You Candidates should have an appropriate first degree and ideally, a postgraduate degree in transport planning or traffic engineering. You will be experienced in transport planning in either the public or the private sector with evidence of developing responsibilities. | ||
