| Construction Project Manager. Bristol. £45,000 - £48,000 + Benefits. Our client is a National Contractor with a formidable profile in Construction projects around the country. Specialising in most sectors with values up to £30 million, they are looking to rapidly expand their Bristol office with an experienced Project Manager. You will be responsible for any one of their new build Defence, Education or Healthcare schemes ranging from £4m-£25m. You will be responsible for the overseeing and Sub contracting of your site as well as the Client / Architect / Engineer liaisons and meetings. You will report to the Contracts Manager. As the successful candidate, you will have a Construction based qualification and ideally already be working for a large Building Contractor in a similar role. You will have extensive experience in Project Managing contracts over £10 million.
